Re: Slippery Elm drink, tea and porridge

I may be wrong but it seems that I read where Barefoot said that when faced with a choice like this you can a. go to doctors, take drugs ect. b. go herbal, natural, ect. or c. do nothing, which I thought was an invitatation to fast. We all have so much crap in our bodies to live off of after that third day or so when we go into autolyisis (sp) I have to ask if it would really hurt? Has your friend fasted before? Even if I read MH wrong and he didn't mean to fast, IMHO I'd fast. She wants her strength back, well look at MOG's posts, or go to the juice fasting forum and read about how much better we feel when we fast. This is MHO, I could be wrong. But EVERY animal in nature when wounded or sick fasts. Except us. Blessings to you and your friend.
