I have a little 2 oz spray bottle that I put diluted mag oil and Lugols in. I spray it on my face. It gives my face moisture without breaking it out like creams and oils can. I have a bottle of rose hip oil from NOW and occasionally use a drop or two after I wash my face and it's still wet, but even 2 tiny drops of oil is too much.
