Since we like to joust actually I do have experience with roundworm which expelled not with ozone (have done 300+ treatments) but with a herbal combination of neem, boswellia, myrrh and enteric coated oil of oregano. Killed them fast.
I don't doubt ozone's ability to eradicate but I would think the concentration would have to be higher than 40ug. The point of mucus encased worms makes sense but even the adult worms should have distinguishing signs, juvenile worms would not likely be encased in mucus - these came out quite easily and were quite obviously worms.
Obviously the OP should do what works and if the ozone works then good for him/her but he/she should keep in mind alternatives.
