I usually end my fast by doing something similar to the following:
I plan to have a small amount of food (maybe a bit of yogurt, & some small steamed vegie in the evening so I can wake up and enjoy more small meals.
To prepare for that I count backwards by having half an orange 2 hrs before the food, quarter of an orange 2hrs before that, the juice of one carrot before that and a couple of hours before that just a tablespoon of orange juice as my first food.
I have done that before on two occasions after a 13 day and 14 day fast and it worked well.
The following day I have something similar plus more raw fruit and end with a small amount of steamed fish & vegies.
From there I have light meals for a week until I have something tasty and then it is all ruined and I gorge food again. I am trying to control my cravings and habits so that I take it very easy for a long time. I do not want to ruin all that I have done, but my will power is weak and Christmas is approaching. Seriously, I want to limit processed foods to close to nil as much as I can forever.
