I've thought about the grape juice, but something MUST occur during the fermentation. MOG, in Arnold Erhets book, he lists a chart that has wine as being acid binding. Again, I don't want to beat this drum to death, but in my wild west parts, a handful of people listen to what I have to say about health, and I am a believer in red wine until that person is both cleansed out and then living the "natural" way. I'm very much out in front of this group (hence me being here) and doubt any of them will ever quit the glue producing foods. Info on wine is short and biased, I trust this forum and want to soak it for all the grape juiced knowledge it's worth : )
