Whenever I got cravings on oj fast I knew it was the worms craving a particular non human food and not me. So I would say, no food for you worms, and take a shot of MHs dewormer and any anti worm herbs and spices I had on hand, that would shut the worm cravings up. Now if I get a craving it is usually for something sweet, like pineapple, coconut, or maple syrup, so I just do as MH said and add sorghum or maple syrup or honey to tea.
A steam and sitz helps me, and a small glass of tea on ice after, or doing a 15 minute chore or project, or read the bible or a good book for 15 minutes, what used to be habitual food time, you need to replace that time with a new, helpful, constructive or fun habit, it is just a matter of learning new habits.
