I will not abstain from meat after my fast, I like it too much! However I am going to be much more discerning about what I eat and especially how much I eat. My general view is that a mostly vegetarian diet is best. There was a TV documentary about how to live past 100 that examined communities worldwide where they had a strong proportion of 100+ people. The common factors from memory were 1)mostly vegetarian diet (and some communities did not have the wonderful variety that we have in supermarkets, so that does not seem to be the key), 2)physically active in a job, 3)valued by their communities, 4)a spiritual belief.
Most were remote communities while one was in the middle of USA. The USA one was in the Seventh Day Adventist community in one of their cities. I was surprised that some of the diets were quite boring. This leads me to believe that a fantastically healthy Diet is not the key, I think it is how much rubbish we consume within our diet rather than the quality of the good stuff.
Regarding the baldness, I am using 4-6 day old urine, I just started aged urine massaging about 8 days ago. No result yet. 17 days yet to go. I will keep my fingers crossed.
