Are you eating raw fruits and veggies?
For me these raw were always this way - undigested.Including in the enemas.Fruits, Nuts, veggies - you name it. Meat...You can try cooked veggies see what is like. as for fruits I am not touching them at all. they ferment like crazy the same as raw salad. And give me foggy brain.
I think enzymes will help but you could help also the gut by putting easy to digest food "cooked". Btw I've read that sometimes food can too rapidly pass through the bowel - certain condition could do that. Leaky gut also impaire your digestion.
I have also read that for veggies we need cellulase as enzyme? Still searching...
