In fact I did the spit test and in 15 minutes nothing happened, in another day I did it and shaked the cup, after one hour it look like I can have it...

I was trying to do a Candida diet but I think it's a mistake, there are 2 versions of what can be the best treatment

I will go sleep now and tomorrow I will continue my life like it was before, I always got it under control

I will do more exercises and be out off stress
