It's great to read about your success with the vegan diet. I'm going to try it, because the low carb diet that I've been on for years isn't doing anything except making me crave carbs. I have to remain gluten-free, because anything with gluten tears up my gut, but I seem to be able to handle quinoa. If you do eat meat or eggs now, would it cause you to smell immediately, or would you have to eat animal protein for a long period of time. I sure will miss meat and eggs, too, but it would be worth it to get on with a more normal life. Are you able to work, etc? It's very good news, thanks for sharing.
