No i haven't asked him about using tacrolimus for a long period of time. Its upto him to decide that what should i use on my lips.

No i dont get that white line anymore underneath my top lip (or in other words i still do get some SMALL white pieces of accumulated skin or whatever but i guess it could also be the remains of the ICTYANE cream which i apply 2-3 times in a day. But this white line situation is definitely MUCH MUCH better than before. Almost negligible compared to the previous situation.)

And yes my lips don't turn white now when in contact with water.
