Of all the toxins around us, IMO, coffee is not the ones that kills our health.
Sometimes the taste of something; bitter, sweat, salt.. or the texture, is of benefit for the body. According to chinese medicine.
I have noticed I tolerate coffe much better now than I did before Iodine & co. I noticed that I couldnt have coffe after 16 pm, or else I couldnt sleep. I quit coffee for a whole year due to this.
Now; not that I drink much coffe in the evenings, but if I do, it has no effect on my sleep.
