Re: anyone tried cold shower therapy or natural cures for depression/anxiety?

when i started noticing that i was smelling especially when i started noticing that my co workers had to hold their noses when i was close by i started getting really bad anxiety to the point where my hands would shake and i felt like i was going to pass out. i went to my local health food store and bought a tonic already mixed its from company named wish garden herbs and they actually have a lot of different kinds of tonics that you just mix in water and if you drink one cup three times a day you can feel the difference. anyways i got the one called emotional ally anxiety and duress aid and i am feeling way better now. heres a link: http://www.wishgardenherbs.com/product/253


i find it better than pills cause for one, i am already taking sh*t ton of pills to help cure my fbo and i am tired of always swallowing them. plus when you drink it in liquid form it kicks in faster. now, i gotta say some of there tonics can taste weird but i found this one to actually taste pretty good, like a cup of green tea or chamomile tea. anyways, dont wanna ramble on but if youre looking for something that is natural to help steady your nerves this might help :)

also, there are a lot of similar products around, not sure where you live but if you have some kind of health store around (i personally live in California so we have Sprouts and whole foods and such) you should see what they have, also people that work there may help to guide you in the right direction as to what you actually need.
