Could someone please suggest an amount for substituting dried Habanero for fresh in Supertonic?

Since it seems there is a shortage of fresh Habanero's this year, I decided to substitute dried instead.

Does anyone know what a good amount would be? I use half gallon jars with equal parts of the garlic, ginger, horseradish, onion, and usually fresh Habanero.

I usually already add a little bit of dried, but have never used just dried. Any suggestions would be mucho appreciated.
