I add turmeric to my food religiously so I can't add that in lol.
I have 4 slices of gluten free toast ( without butter ) in the morning and they're the only grains I can think of that I'm eating.
Other than that it's just potatoes and sweet potatoes for carbs along with vegetables. I eat a lot of them though !.
I was low in vitamin D and was convinced that was the cause of my joint pain but a recent blood test has shown my vitamin D level now appears to be ok yet I'm still suffering with the joint pains and anxiety.
