yeah just say no to Fat and High sugar, if it wasn't from me reading Anthony(god sent) posts id still be doing the deadly candida diet which is a sham , only left me weak, brain fog, hair loss depress etc for years, I think snake oil salesmen come here and say they are healed to sale products, coconut oil, anti-fungal herb supplements all bs and a crime.. I wonder how many have died from the so called candida diet or committed suicide from the Depression never healing or able to be social to this eating disorder...From what i read you can suppress candida with a no Sugar high fat diet , but as soon you have one cookie or anything sweet, you back to square one while not having any energy and feeling depress before hand and this is my experience... The oil drinking/fat eating is slow suicide if you ask me . I know i kept going back and fourth with the candida diet hoping i would get better, wondering its die off faze(what trick people in staying) it just totally screw up your thinking(brain fog), it not even logical to eat high fat, that shit will even clog your sink, think about the clogging it does to your delicate intestines..
