Why am I so sick?

Hi. I have been on the computer for days now and I'm so exhausted and frustrated. I have so many of the symptoms for so many things but I can't figure out what little pieces I'm finding in my bed and all over my home. I've also found 2 egg sacs in my stool but can't really identify a worm. I just know something is wrong with me that the doctors are missing. So tired now.
