I am having extreme difficulty with sticking to the plan 100%. avoiding sugar and dairy and grains except for rice has not been a problem, but as a vegetarian and with the little time I have to prepare food and with a schedule that changes weekly, I am finding it extremely hard to be strict. I am vegetarian for ethical reasons, so my diet is already quite restricted. I do not think I can complete the first two months by following the plan exactly and I am very frustrated. I am just over two weeks in to the plan. I have been eating beans and tofu and the occasional handful of popcorn. Is it still possible to have a good outcome with the McCombs plan even if it is not followed to a T?
My candida symptoms, if this will help you answer my question, are as follows:
Recurrent feminine rash
Recurrent UTI
Itchy skin
Depression/anxiety
Fatigue
Occasional brain fog
Poor memory
Thank you and any other help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
