Yes, it does.
Vit C and B are adrenal helpers, water solubles.
Magnesium, yes, Boron even more; stress relievers. Salt is adrenal fuel; thats why we have the cravings for it when having adrenal fatigue. Frequent urination may be an adrenal symptom, quickly relieved by magnesium, boron and salt.
Insomnia too, but it takes more time.

The endocrine glands work together; IMO one need to adress all or at least the most important ones at the same time.
Only problem I can see is if one take only iodine,in high doses (without the companions) when one has adrenal fatigue; that would put a to high demand on the adrenals.

I have a PTSD from a trauma in 2004, I would say it is 90 % cured after Iodine ++. The rest I will probably have to live with.
