ok i think i am going to supplement with magnesium anyway and assume that even though my levels were fine, it most likely is not in the muscles and tissues. My stools have been loose or water for 6 years with alot of food particles, so i am assuming i am not absorbing very well. I have been reading, and its also a possibility that the symptoms are from low calcium.
So if i supplement isnt there a ratio of magnesium to calcium i should be taking ? Can someone tell me ? Also i think potassium plays a role to, should i also supplement with this ? How much?
In my case it cant hurt to try these things right ?
