He is 50 pounds. Getting rid of the fluoride completely will be tricky because I'm sure he drinks out of the water fountains at school. He drinks bottled water at home. We wouldn't think of drinking tap water! Eww. He takes Hero brand multi-vitamin gummy bears. Don't mind switching brands as long as it is palatable for him:). He also takes omega fats and calcium/magnesium liquid supplement. I started cooking with Celtic Sea Salt and we only use real butter. Reason we started him on the fish oil was due to dermatitis and the cal/mag was started in the last few months to see if it helped him focus more. I will work on the coconut oil as well. I admit our diet is not the greatest. We honestly can't afford to eat "healthy" fresh foods and my son has entered a terrible finicky stage. It is a big expense with us just taking vitamins. He loves eating chocolate and I try limiting it to once a day. I'm a chocoholic myself!
Could you advise what dosages I should be using given this info? Also, not sure if you are allowed to mention brands, but that would be nice too if there are certain ones that are especially good for kids. We don't buy "drugstore" vitamins either. I truly appreciate your feedback:).
