Basal Body Temp is 98.3
From all of the info here, it seems that when the temp is 98.6 you are no longer hypothyroid. My basal body temp is 98.3, but my daytime temps are in the 97's and I'm still very intolerant to the cold. Now what? I'm on 12 MG Iodoral and synthroid. Increase the dose and stay on same amount of synthroid? How do I know when to cut back on the meds? When I'm feeling hyperthyroid or do I rely on my temperature?
