Try experimenting with bile salts+ black seed oil. They seem to do a good job at inhibiting the candida causing the food allergies. The key is to try to find the right dose to where it inhibits it, but does not cause a bad die-off reaction. The only problem with black seed oil is it seems to be very stimulating to the liver so you have to be careful with it. A quarter of a capsule is all it took for me to shut down a bad food reaction due to candida fermentation.
