This is a great thread and I related to so many things here will study and comment more.
But these are 5 things that have helped me:
-Soaking in baths (3-4 times a week) with 2-4 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar and occasionally other alkalinizing baths
-Working toward staying more Alkaline
-Grounding, Earthing by going barefoot some daily--I soak 5-10 min in Hot to warm water with ACV when I return from my walk, just in case I've picked up something undesirable.
-Gone Gluten Free for about 1 1/2 years and Nightshade free for about 2 months.
-For me putting my Spiritual life first in my life -- calms me and gives me peace and that overcomes the natural trials and tribulations of physical pain.
(My Spiritual Life is about Faith Alone in The Lord Jesus Christ Alone, Prayer, Study, Memorization and Meditation of the Bible which I consider is the Word of God)
