Re: Persistent skin rashes and infections
I do think that there's a hereditary element as you suggested.
I also find ox bile by Nutricology or Cholacol by Standard Process to be beneficial, but I don't have a gall bladder. The literature suggests that I need to use either of these as a supplement for life.
Here's a brief video about bile salt supplements

So, I take Tanalbit ahead of the flush, and in my last liver flush, I also used the Dr Clark ParaCleanse, which is very similar in that it uses plant tannins as the antifungal agent. Also, if I didn't mention it, The taste of
Epsom Salts as a laxative is terrible. The Clark store sells an encapsulated form which is easily tolerable.
When you're considering the flush keep in mind that all of the ingredients are edible. The amount of
Olive-Oil sounds extreme, but it is only 4 ozs, or 1,000 calories, which for me is just double the USDA recommended daily amount of fat.
I'll also note that I am usually pretty tired the day after.
The skin fungal infections started to change after the first flush and disappeared 2 weeks after the second flush.
So in summary, either Tanalbit OR the ParaCleanse ahead of the flushes. Cholacol or Ox Bile with meals for me.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
