Re: jorge..
have you considered that it might be possible that the enemas are ridding a colon
parasite instead of yeast? Lots of
parasites invite candida and the candida serves a purpose. Once the
parasite has been eliminated candida is also eliminated (decreased).
In June I was found to have histolytica (which lives in the mucus layer on the colon wall) I have always had symptoms of candida and no candida treatments ever made a dent in my symptoms, however four weeks now after histolytica treament my candida symptoms are quite reduced. I have also seen the mucus like filaments in my stool after treatment-no enemas necessary.
In another post you mentioned how yeast requires iron; histolytica also requires iron and is also reduced by chelation

I would think that it would be possible to flush out a
parasite located in the colon (on the colon wall such as histolytica or giardia) with daily enemas and that a three month schedule would eliminate subsequent parasite cysts/eggs so as to prevent reinfection.
What are your thoughts?
also just remembered that Remi found that s.boulardii (florastoy helped tremendously with her symptoms..histolytica is also reduced by s.boulardii. Boulardii was the only probiotic that helped me too.
Many of those with histolytica have noted the same. S.boulardii reduces adherance of histolytica to the colon wall.
