Did you take sulfa drugs (Bactrim) for these rashes? My friend had horrible rashes the he could only control with prenisone and Antibiotics , but every time he stopped the prednisone, they came back. They discovered he is allergic to sulfa drugs. Once they took him off of them, he got better.

The only other thing I can think of is that you have strongyloides and all the steroids triggered a hyperinfection.
