Juice fasting and Water Fasting vary with each body type. I am a firm believer in not mixing the two. I am a devoted water faster, especially if you want your body to do great things. Juice fasting can vary and each person is different in how they respond. I have yet to find a water faster who has not lost weight.
If you want to lose weight and you want to do it the most effective way then eating a raw diet followed by exercise (I love CrossFit, some on here love Dr. Sears) will get you the results.
If you want to lose weight, detox your system, heal your damage the quickest way is through water fasting.
Juice fasting to me is optimal on the refeed. Otherwise I favor Water Fasting for the results you want.
