it sounds like you think taking them would be ok. phew! i am going to try betaine hcl alone and see if that helps by itself. if not, i will go back to both. i have been eating only veggies, meat and a little quinoa and almonds for 2 weeks now. this diet is not fun. i am taking undeceonic acid (with berberine and hcl), nystatin tablets, coconut oil and just started on olive leaf (and will switch to Black-Walnut , then oregano oil soon). my die-off symptoms are lessening but as soon as i try a new antifungal they come back stronger for a bit and my tounge is staying coated. so that is making me question the enzymes. And if it is mutating around what i'm throwing at it.
