I`ve done Budwig too. If there was a way I would take flax as a supplement, it would be hers.
The oceans over here in Scandinavia is pretty clean, roe is not expensive (imo the forgotten food); and is my omega 3 choice in addition to egg yolk, way over flax. It doesnt go rancid easily, same as other "eggs". It also contains all the sulfur amino acids like methionine.
Sardines is also a favorite of mine when it comes to brain food.
