I'm posting because I'm healthy now, and I'm repeatedly sharing my story, withou telling anyone what to do,or what not to do, because that's a dangerous game
FYI, potatoes are a member of the nightshade family and contain toxins.
"Glycoalkaloids are a family of poisons commonly found in the plant species Solanum dulcamara (nightshade). There are several glycoalkaloids (alkaloids + sugars) that are potentially toxic. A prototypical glycoalkaloid is called solanine (sugar [solanose] + alkaloid [solanidine] = solanine), which is found in potato. The alkaloidal portion of the glycoalkaloid is also generically referred to as an aglycone. The intact glycoalkaloid is poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract but causes gastrointestinal irritation."
I think you're proving you're own point by posting messages.
