Are you sure you have candidiasis? Have you been tested? This is really helpful.
What helped me with candida was eating WAY more veggies than proteins. After a couple weeks I was able to tolerate 1/3 C. oatmeal (measured then cooked). You might try digestive enzymes, probiotics, and lots of above the ground veggies. Constipation can be a problem with candidiasis.
If the constipation gets really bad you might try Colace, which is a stool softener. It is NOT a laxative.
