I don't agree with juicing. Any kind. The body was not designed to take nutrients that way. When you digest food we uptake nutrients, but also eliminate wastes via the bowel. You need fiber or else it will just be reabsorbed into the intestines.
I recommend smoothy type or blended drinks instead. Also the bitterness from kale and other greens is less. There is no fiber to throw away either. I usually mix in some fat or protein source which will make the drink even more smooth.
