I would take this combo for a week, then back off of the black strap molasses because it could impact digestion negatively if you are not eating enough meat. BSM has copper and you need more zinc, from meat, than copper. That said a tablespoon a week after the week should be okay.
You could take the kelp and sodium ascorbate daily, however. Your body needs both of these because they supply minerals that help with fatty livers and candida!
