I have successfully utilized light therapy for depression.
I also take medications, I have Bipolar Disorder.

Last year the light did not work, this year it did, go figure.

I recommend trying one out. Don't buy from a manufacturer
unless they will give your money back after a month or two.
This is very generous by the light therapy manufacturers.
You will only pay the freight if it does not work.

I went to a forum put on by the URL I will list below.

They did not mention pulse light. Just 10,000 lux standard
light therapy. That is the way it has been tested.

The doctors said there was up to 50 percent chance of
PMS, Anorexia and Bulimia symptoms. Congratulations on
having a better experience.

I would go with the research doctors and their corporate
sponsors to choose a light box. Also, their web site has
solid information.
