Start low and go slow. Sounds like you're doing that.

Wired is a sign of too much... or "too soon".

I found that sometimes I had to let my body "strengthen up" after a crash and let the liver get cleared out before it would accept supplements happily.

I luckily never had a problem with panthetine. It really helped m get my adrenal reserves back and make stress more bearable.

I found many other forms of B-Vitamin (niacin, b12) to be overly stimulating.

50 to 100mg of B6 was recommended to me by Dr. Shames... and I was able to tolerate that fine.
