a diet is what you eat when you go off the bad food and go on a diet until you can go back on the bad food. a person gets hungry because the body craves nutrition, when those nutrition needs are met the person is no longer hungry. eating french fries, burgers, sugars, colas, and other junk does not meet the nutritional needs so the person always feels hungry. jogging does nothing to meet those nutritional needs, and only allows the body to burn some fat while still not meeting the nutritional needs. eat the right foods as much as you want and the fat will flow away like magic as the needs are met and then the body will no longer feel hungry even when small amounts of food are consumed as long as that food is nutritious.
