Yesterday when I fed my dog I gave her 8 ounces of the dewormer in her food along with a drop of pure oregano. WHY? Because she had been eating deer guts/hides that she had found in the woods and started having a big appitite, not normal for her, so I am assuming she picked up some worms and I had slacked off giving her anything just 4 worms lately. She will consume a quart in a week with no problem.

Too expensive for most dog owners to do, so I just suggest 1 drop of oregano in their water dish. You also can take the oregano/safflower oil and put 1-3 drops on the dogs tongue daily.

The arthritis? Let me guess, you had the dog vaccinated or it is highly embred from a puppy factory? IF not, then check out the dogs diet.
