It's supposed to be improved version of nattokinse. My wife has been taking nattokinase along with fish oil, coQ10, magnesium and avocado oil for all cooking. She also drinks Borage tea every day with a couple of days break in between. And she has added cinnamon, almonds, dried cherries, cranberries and apricots to her diet.
She has really noticed big improvement last few days. She will be adding vitamin E to the lineup soon.
