Careful with the sea salt enemas.The chloride might irritate your colon tissue. Just increase your sodium before an enema. Some colon therapists can administer retention enemas but usually dont replenish electrolytes unless requested.
Could add a little sodium bicarbonate and do a retention enema...as long as it doesnt make you more constipated. There might be some concern of whether or not sodium bicarb enemas can alkalize the colon too much if done in excess? But for someone who is already constipated and their colon is overtaken with candida...it probably does more good than harm.
