If you decide to try it again all I can suggest is to keep a journal of everything you eat and drink throughout the day and send it to me after a couple of weeks if you see no improvement. That goes for anyone else as well.
I can assure you there's no such thing as luck. In my case it was a very slow process of identifying all the trigger foods then slowly cutting them all out of my diet. For the other people it helped it was simply a matter of following the instructions very closely.

I don't know why but I immediately got a strong feeling that your lying as soon as I read this. I could be wrong (only you know for sure), but that was my gut instinct.
