mont! congrats on your curing of ec! its absouletely wonderful to know some people have gotton rid of ec. i dont mean to be negative but can you maybe try explain why most people follow your routene theory with no success for example me i did your system for 3 months with no improvenments at all and 98% of people have tried aswell with fail. so i ask why did it work for you and also why did it take such a short period of time with you. i think you said 4 weeks off memory. thanks
