No PUFA (poly-unsaturated-fatty-acid) is good. It is because these fats get very fast oxidized in the blood and body tissues (even in the presence of vitamin e). It is such a hoax to claim PUFAs to be essential for healthy. These fats gives you easily free radical damage, inflamming tissues and blood vessels and lead in the end to heart failure and strokes.
Take coconutoil for everything. Coconut oil didn't turn rancid because it has nearly no pufas and so it will not turn rancid in your body and so will not create any radicals and harm. Cocnut oil will decrease your need for vitamin e, because it didn't destroy it like the pufas.
