Re: Salt loading timing and other uses?

I don't understand how the salt can do it because my mom gets muscle cramps if she does even one 1/2 tsp of salt.

She has to compensate with potassium, so her inhalers are pushing out all her potassium.

I am waiting to get some potassium chloride powder to try using instead of salt.

However, I would like to know if she does the potassium chloride loading, how long will it take before she can start the high doses of sski without the runny nose/sneezing causing breathing problems?

I wish warduck would come back so I could find out how he did with the iodine since he was on inhalers too.
