I am interested in this response. I eat a very low fat diet - comprised of just fruit, vegetables, some rice and potatoes.
I personally have found that fruit and fat do not mix well for me at all. Other carbs not so great as well.
I must also note that I have extremely good insulin response (due mostly to the low fat diet and exercise) as indicated in several blood tests (fasting blood sugar = 70). Typically - after a large fruit meal - my glucose levels will be back between 70-80 in ~ 2 hours after eating. Inflammation is also not an issue (sedimentation rate = 0).
