i can't tell you about ehterium gold as i have never used that specific product.

my good experiences were that the vision minerals (their M-7 product) seemed to give me more alertness and energy. it also seemed to help increase concentration powers and helped my chess game. however, the affects seemed short lived and increasing dosage did not seem to help.

the purganic experience was bad. i took one small dose and it dropped like a rock into my tummy and then just sat there. it felt like my body said "why why would you do such a thing to me?" i was nuaseous but unable to puke, it literally felt like i had swallowed nuclear waste or something. i ate and felt a bit better, but didn't fully recover for 24 hours. i threw the rest out.
