Re: salt water flush not working

Hola!

I am a long time MCer... in my experience a couple things can go wrong with the SWF, which we all love to hate!

One, you may be dehydrated. It can be difficult to drink enough water in addition to the lemonade to really hydrate, particularly in summer weather. Many times I feel like I slosh when I walk.

Anothing thing... you may be blocked somewhere. I had some fairly major blockages in my large intestine which took four years of dedicated cleansing to remove. I have had luck with a plain water enema to help keep the colon clean during fasting. I added professional colonics to my routine, and could not have attained my goal without them. It's a lot like soaking last night's lasagna pan! Soak the gunk and it comes off a lot easier.

Sounds like your recipe is about right. Since a liter is a bit more than a quart, the 2.5 tsp. uniodized Sea Salt should do the trick.

Best of luck!

Somer
