Hey, thanks for the great advice! How long did you take the olive leaf powder? I'm taking olive leaf extract capsules 500mg standardized to contain 6% oleuropein 3 x a day. I increased the dose and felt a little weird so I'm going to decrease it back to the 3x a day. I might just go for the whole olive leaf powder actually now that you mentioned it but I have no idea how long to take it? I've just purchased the book from amazon as well and I am excited to learn more about olive lef, thanks.
There is something that I can't figure out, I hope that somebody knows the answer to this. I keep reading that olive leaf interferes with critical amino acid production but I can't find anything further on it. I'm just wondering how it does this, if in the long run it could screw up the way the body produces or interacts with amino acids by permanently altering something?
BTW, I really appreciated the advice to eat pineapples instead of taking bromelain from you and plzchuckle, I've stopped taking the bromelain. It's put me back into the right perspective rather than the panic I was in of wanting to wipe this thing out as fast as possible.
