Re: Has anyone done a liver flush after the lemonade diet?

A few people have, try searching. I've done them the day I break the fast..or within the first couple of days. It wasn't really that different than waiting 1 or 2 weeks.

I always get some feeling in my liver during the Master-Cleanse or any fast. It's like a weird throbbing ache but not exactly painful. The faster I flush the faster it goes away.
