Re: A question on making comfrey tea

I have only used dried herbs in my formulas and they work well. For comfrey, I used 1T for 1 pint and drank up to 4 cups a day, but it did not heal my inflamed hands as quickly as I would like. After a week, I fasted and got results on the 1st day.

What worked better when I used on others was a very strong decoction of the bf&c formula per Dr C's instructions--used as fomentation and drank internally. I also made an ointment to apply during the daytime for convenience. This was used on a wrist injury that would have taken 9 months of physical therapy to heal; the person was better after a week and therapist said not to come anymore. Also used on a sprained knee + spray III to get better in under a week (my niece had a sprained ankle around the same time, went to doctor, took prescriptions, and took a month to heal).

Since you are also using bf&c capsules, it may be enough, but maybe throw a fast in there too?

Best of luck.
